Section 01

2.4 Account Security

Deposits and Withdrawals

77bed processes financial transactions only through valid and registered payment methods. Deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. All transactions must be completed through a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200.
• Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.
• Keep your deposit receipt or screenshot for your records.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

77bed complies with anti-money laundering policies. If suspicious financial activity is detected, 77bed reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refer any transaction for investigation. In such cases, additional documentation may be required.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

77bed offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to activate this bonus. The welcome bonus can be received only once per new account.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) — meaning you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. Withdrawals from the bonus cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met.

• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Participation in certain games using a bonus may be restricted.
• It may not be possible to keep multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• No bonus can be converted to cash value.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

Regular members are automatically enrolled in the 77bed VIP Program. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Members have the opportunity to be automatically upgraded to a higher tier based on their activity.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If abuse of the bonus system, manipulation, or attempts to take advantage of bonuses in a systematic way are detected, the relevant bonus and earnings will be forfeited. 77bed also reserves the right to close the account in such cases.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Assurance

All games on 77bed are operated in accordance with fair play principles. A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes, which is completely impartial and verifiable.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs in any game or transaction, 77bed will investigate the matter. Based on the outcome of the investigation, a bet may be cancelled or resettled. Incorrect payouts displayed due to a technical error do not become valid automatically.

5.3 Disconnection

77bed will not be held responsible if your internet connection is lost during a game. However, in most cases the game automatically returns to its previous state and the wagered amount remains secure.

5.4 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, you can bet on various sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), and kabaddi. Odds for each event are updated in real time and cannot be changed once a bet has been confirmed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77bed platform. Violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure and all deposited funds and earnings may be forfeited:

• Placing manipulative bets with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Damaging the platform through hacking, phishing, or any other form of technical manipulation.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Conducting financial transactions using third-party accounts.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Providing a false identity or fake information.
• Collaborating with other members to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Allowing or assisting minors to use an account.
